A Pink and Green Morning Picnic

Early in the morning before the air is so thick you can hardly breath, we headed to a beautiful park for a picnic and to feed the geese.  Parks are free, the food is simple, the air is pleasant in the early morning, and my children are easily entertained by the wildlife.  Since my girls brought their dolls, it was a great time to practice manners and 'setting the table.'  We still have some work to do on the table setting!   'Blunders, a Game of Manners' is a fun way to teach manners and is a simple game for even my four year old.  For more fun summer things to do with your children, click here

Our little pot of golden honey was taken from the bees below!   To see more pictures of harvesting our honey, click here!

What a fun, such a nice picnic. And the little picnic basket is too cute. I am sure, your daughter has loved this picnic, as much as I enjoyed to see it.

Finally got to see this! And our napkin finds were adorable huh? They fit perfectly for your theme. This is so lovely and such a beautiful idea. Your fresh flowers and linens were the perfect touch.

I am truly so enjoying your blog. I feel we have a lot of the same style and I love getting new inspiration.

Hello my friend...

Ohhh...I love your pretty pink and green picnic! I can't think of a better way to spend a leisurely morning...than to picnic at the park! I was admiring your pretty pink crepe myrtle blossoms! I had that exact color of crepe myrtles at my place when I lived in south Texas. They won't grow here in Colorado. I think the photo of your little one and her doll having tea is simply adorable! That's a photo for framing!!! Beautiful tea...beautiful photos...beautiful post...thank you for sharing it with us for Sunday Favorites this week! It was such a treat!

Warmest autumn wishes,

Beautiful pastoral setting for a lovely little picnic - - - the Canada Geese in the background are so pretty. However, the "calling cards" they leave behind - - - - not so much!
