We are starting our 'Dog Days' with a little fishing! When I realized she didn't have one, I made my youngest child a fishing pole from a piece of bamboo and a string with a small weight attached. I always wondered what the "dog days of summer" meant! Darling picture of your little fishermen. We are spending our dog days at our house in the wine country with kids and grandkids. Swimming, barbecuing, maybe floating the river! Happy 4th!
