Working on Projects

I have been working on different projects...taxes (ugh), painting, sewing, and refinishing some furniture.  I painted this brown chair white and put it in my shed.
I bought these garden tools at Hobby Lobby and decided to hang them as a little spoof on art!  The little brown shed needed some color!  The 'wallpaper' is actually scrapbook paper that my son helped me tack to the wall.  He will do anything that involves a hammer!
I covered the little camp stool in some pretty check fabric I found in Charleston.

More on all my projects later!

So much to do and so little time!  I am finally done with getting my taxes together for my little shop!  That was more than I expected, especially since I am not the most organized person!

I have missed my friends in blog land!

Hey friend! So fun to see a new post from you pop up! I just can't get enough of your "shed" and still don't think that word quite does it justice. :-) I love the idea of the scrapbook paper as wallpaper and it looks so homey and vintage and that garden tool art is so clever! Did those come with the polka dots or did you do that? Too cute!

I love your blog. I am a South Carolinian as well! My husband and I rode through your area while in Charleston/Mt. Pleasant several years ago. Love the 3 leaf clover idea from last week. I need to do that with my kids.

Do you mind sharing where you get all that pretty scrapbook paper? I've been looking for this type of paper but cannot seem to find it. I've looked at Hobby Lobby and Michaels so far. Did I miss it?

Thanks,
Sheila

Anonymous,
This scrap paper came from Michael's in the clearance section. Good luck!
