I am planning a Vintage Cowgirl Party for my daughter's tenth birthday. She loves to ride horses, so we are going to a local fall festival with horse rides, a petting zoo, and a corn maze to celebrate. I can't believe she will be ten! I printed the vintage cowgirl picture from the web, printed the information on vellum paper from Michael's and added the ribbon. There are some great free western fonts at dafont.com.
I'll be back soon to share her party with you!
Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Christie! I've given you "The Versatile Blogger" award on my blog today! Come check it out!
ReplyDeleteBefore you drop the invites in the post, you might want to edit - PM and AM are never written after 12; the correct form is midnight or noon. Since noon/midnight are the meridian, one can not say ante meridian meridian or post meridian meridian. I do not mean to be a nit-pick, I just want to save you embarrassment. Other than the grammar error, your invitations are darling.

Thank you Mrs. Littleton for the correction! My daughter caught this, as well! We have made the changes! I always appreciate a second set of eyes, or in this case, the many eyes of my readers! I learn so much from the wise people out there. The correction and accountability are always welcome! Sincerely, Christie
ReplyDeleteOh how adorable. I love it.

I just love your blog. Every one of your pictures inspires me! I am a recent transplant from CA to the upstate in SC and have become a big Clemson fan in a short time (I mean shoot, how can you not love them, the spirit and excitement at the games is awesome!).
