We bought the variety boxes of cereal while on vacation. This cereal is a special treat for our kids. We brought the boxes home and decided to make a fun 'string of lights' for our play room! We punched holes in the top to fit over the lights and used a star hole puncher to make little stars around the boxes. These shine bright above our window and remind us of our family vacation! This is a great project to show children how to recycle, and it was easy enough for little children!
